Both two bedroom loft condos have been recently remodeled. They are beautifully furnished. There are private patio decks with scenic mountain views. H-7 has a million dollar view that looks right up to the ski hill! The layout of both are the same, i.e., each has two bedrooms with a loft and two bathrooms. Unit H-8 has a washing machine and dryer. Both kitchens have been remodeled with new cabinets and kitches appliances. The kitchens and pantries are completely stocked with all utensils and cookware. All linens are provided. Gas fireplaces heat both units. There is also electric heating if needed in either condo.

The one bedroom condo has been totally remodeled. It is beautifully decorated like a small mountain cabin. A gas fireplace heats the whole unit. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The couch folds out also to a queen-size bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a modern kitchen and attractive dining table and chairs. We are family friendly but cannot allow pets. Please, smoking on the patio only. Guests will be very comfortable in this little mountain retreat.

The Red Pines complex features a club house and two full-size swimming pools that are surrounded by beautiful mature pine trees. One pool is heated to 100 degrees in the winter. There is also a child's pool, indoor hot tub, and sauna. There are tennis and sand Volley Ball courts, and a children's playground. The club house has a laundromat.

All or our guests rave about the club house and its facilities. There are more trees in the Red Pine development than in any other codominimum lodging complex in the Park City area. As such, you will truly have a mountain experience.
