You are dealing with the owner of the property and not a management company. As such, we can afford to keep our Park City lodging rates very low and pass the saving onto you, often times providing a discount of up to 50% of comparable Park City lodging rates.

All five two bedroom loft condos have been recently remodeled. They are beautifully furnished. There are private patio decks with scenic mountain views. H-6 and H-7 have million dollar views that looks right up to the ski hill (see photo to the right)! W-5 looks out over the Park City valley. The layout of all five are the same, i.e., each has two bedrooms with a loft and two bathrooms. All condos, except H-7, have a washing machine and dryer in the unit. All condos have new furniture, and decor. The kitchens and pantries are completely stocked with all utensils and cookware. All linens are provided. All have gas fireplaces.

The one bedroom condo, unit P4, has also been totally remodeled. It is beautifully decorated like a small mountain cabin. A gas fireplace heats the whole unit. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. The couch folds out also to a queen-size bed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. It has a modern kitchen and attractive dining table and chairs.
